研究领域

1、 射频、微波与毫米波电路和子系统及其设计理论和优化技术

主要研究

(1)微波与毫米波集成电路的模型参数提取和设计;

(2)新型高性能的射频、微波和毫米波无源器件, 包括宽带或多频滤波、耦合和移相等器件;

(3) 基于先进的低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)和CMOS等新材料和新工艺的电路和封装系统(SOP)。


2、 平面天线和天线阵及其电磁场优化模型

主要研究

(1)微带天线及其宽频带、小型化、圆极化和多频多极化技术;

(2)用于医疗和保健电子的天线;

(3) 封装级和芯片级天线;

(4)移动通信手持和基站天线等。
