Advanced Food Research Laboratory

The research projects aim to provide solutions to the rice yield and fish quality of Jiangsu Province which is an important agricultural base in China. Smart food processing is to be developed for the production of functional foods and nutrients. Portable and efficient instruments are also being designed for fast and reliable food safety examinations.
